Privacy Policy

Libri Bill Processing  |  Effective October 6, 2026

1. Who This Covers

This policy explains how Libri Business Services ("Libri," "we," "us") handles information through Libri Bill Processing, a tool we use to provide bookkeeping services. It applies to clients who authorize Libri Bill Processing to access their Google account.

2. Data We Access

With the client's authorization through Google sign in, Libri Bill Processing may access the following.

  • Gmail. Sender information and attachments on incoming messages, used to identify vendor invoices, and the ability to label and archive processed messages.
  • Google Drive. Designated folders where invoices are saved.
  • Google Sheets. Client designated spreadsheets used for reference information and record keeping.

3. How We Use It

We use this data only to provide the bookkeeping services the client has engaged us for, including identifying invoices, organizing them in the client's Google Drive, and keeping a record of what was processed. We do not use client data for advertising, marketing, or profiling.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade client data. Invoice documents may be processed by a service provider that reads document contents on our behalf, solely to deliver the features described here. Service providers may not use this data for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Google API Data

Libri Bill Processing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data obtained through Google APIs is not used for advertising, not sold, and not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

6. Retention and Deletion

Client emails, files, and records remain in the client's own Google account. Temporary copies created during processing are deleted once processing is complete. Authorization is kept only while the client uses the service. Clients can request deletion of any data we hold by emailing support@libribusiness.com, and we respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Access uses Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization, so we never see or store a client's Google password. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access is limited to the people who operate the service.

8. Your Controls

Clients can revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions page, which stops all processing immediately. This service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date and notify current clients of any material change.
